Wrapped In The Flag
The “MK” should stand for Mortal Kombat, but it doesn’t.
A precursor of the MKULTRA program began in 1945 when the Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency was established and given direct responsibility for Operation Paperclip. It would later morph into MKULTRA, and program whose main priority was to counter the claim that the Chinese, Russians, and the Vietnamese were developing, and as some had reported, mastering mind control techniques and using them on their prisoners.
MKULTRA engaged in many unorthodox experiments, including but not limited to, the administration of drugs to unwitting civilians, sensory deprivation, isolation, and verbal and sexual abuse. As time wore on, MKULTRA was in danger of being dismantled, so the CIA renamed it MKSEARCH, and issued much more tame and innocuous goals. However, MKULTRA was still active far beneath the radar of the American government. MKULTRA is an information tributary of Spearhead, and continues to help them search for and develop the keys to understanding the coveted abilities, and those who can harness them, involved in Genetic Telekinesis.
